3.订扣时先订中心位置的带扣，然后订两端位置，使输送带定位，再从中部位置左右交叉装订， 使挤压变形均匀，每个带扣均应订实；
4.装订每个带扣时，确保手持的上冲模底面接触到扣体的上表面．先轻敲击冲头，订入扣钉，扣钉穿透输送带后会自动弯曲。
